Summary:
This position is charge of finance / accounting, HR and IT. As an integral member of the executive team, the CFO will collaborate with the CEO (General Manager) and COO in designing and implementing the organization’s strategic plans to ensure a successful, mission-focused work environment
JD:
- Oversees all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions
- Oversees HR and IT departments
- Directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts ; Conferring with CEO, COO and department heads
- Supervises investment and raising of funds for business
- Analyzes and interprets current financial and operational data and presents the financials in compliance with PRC GAAP and IFRS
- Establishes and maintains appropriate internal control safeguards Reviews and streamlines the daily accounting system and working procedures, and implement corresponding improvements
- Coordinates with banking, tax and other relevant government authorities
Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years working experience including at least 5 years on a comparable position, especially in manufacturing industry
- Bachelor and above degrees, majoring in accounting or finance or related disciplines, CPA or ACCA preferred
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Advanced proficiency in SAP
- Mature problem solver, self-starter, result-oriented, strong team leadership

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively within group, good understanding of intercrossed cultures
- Be able to perform accurately while meeting tight deadlines, handling multiple assignments and giving highest attention to details
- Having sound practical knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Be able to improve mentality continuously with a capacity and energy to streamline the business process
